When will PropanePerks be available?
PropanePerks is currently in development and will be available soon on the iOS App Store. Join our waitlist at propaneperks.com to be notified the moment we launch.
How do I load money onto my PropanePerks card?
Once the app is available, you can deposit funds directly from the PropanePerks mobile app using a debit card or bank transfer. Minimum deposit is $30 for your first load; subsequent top-ups start at $10.
Where can I use my PropanePerks card?
Your PropanePerks card works exclusively at participating propane retailers in your area. The app will show you a map of all nearby accepted locations.
How do rewards work?
Every time you fill up at a participating propane retailer, you earn a percentage of your purchase back as a reward. Rewards are credited directly to your PropanePerks balance and can be used on your next fill-up. Reward rates are set by your propane company.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. PropanePerks uses bank-grade encryption for all transactions. Your payment card details are never stored on our servers — all payment processing is handled by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor.
How do I report a problem with a transaction?
If you notice an incorrect charge or have a question about a transaction, please email us at support@propaneperks.com with your name, the transaction date, and the amount in question. We aim to respond within one business day.
